"I first worked with Lance in 2016 when we were beginning design of a headquarters building at Warren, Arkansas for the Arkansas State Police.
The client wanted a perimeter fence to secure the site. This had to function to stop a speeding vehicle as well as present a good appearance to the public - all on a tight budget.
