In June of this year, TIC-The Industrial Company (dba Kiewit Contracting) awarded Bill's Fence Company a $475,000 contract for the installation of approximately 6979 linear feet of a new seven foot tall commercial chain link perimeter fence. The purpose of this perimeter fence is to enclose and secure the new and existing facilities. This project combines a commercial chain link fence with numerous vehicle and personnel gates and a fully automated vehicular entrance gate at the main entry.

This project also includes the installation of over 4000 lineal feet of an eight foot tall temporary chain link construction fence and the removal of over 1000 lineal feet of existing chain link fence at their current operations yard.

This project is scheduled to be fully completed by early 2029.

Bill's Fence Company mobilized on July 1, 2026 and in the first six weeks of our installation our installation crew was nominated for, and received recognition as, the the “Subcontractor Crew of the Month" for its safety and performance on site.

Mr. Aubry Gray, the construction manager, stated Bill's Fence Company's performance was instrumental in Kiewit meeting their milestone date for the separation between the current plant operations and the future plant expansion. This milestone date was reached several weeks ahead of Kiewit's construction schedule.
